Two sisters with remarkable abilities who se almost other worldly ensnare the man tasked to investigate them. He falls so hard under their spell that he almost forgets what he was sent to do. This was an unusual story that captivated me the further along I got.

Season of The Witch stars our main squeeze Gabriel Blackstone, a computer hacking 'remote viewer' trained by the secret organisation Eyestorm. Gabriel is accompained by a collection of other ridiculously cheesey named characters as he investigates the disapearance of his ex-girlfriend's son-in-law.Sound covoluted? It is, but don't worry. The plodding plot of this novel is almost too easy to follow, and the complications, rather than titilating, tend to be pointless drag.The main plot point of

I'm still not completely sure how I feel about this book.On one hand, it was interesting. The worldbuilding was unique and the witchy stuff was sufficiently weird - and that was cool. There was one character that I really, really loved - every part with them would probably be given a five stars, and, honestly, if they wouldn't have died I probably would have given this book a four stars. Not because I'm mad that they died, but because the book just got a lot worse once they died. I didn't care

I really liked this book when I first started reading it. The first few chapters were fast-paced and engaging. After I was hooked, it fell on its face. The character development was lazy if not altogether lacking.
