She inherited a magical destiny—and a mission to stop a powerful family of dark sorcerers. She never expected to fall in love with one of them. There's still so much Daire Santos has to learn about being the last Soul Seeker….and about herself. As her magical training becomes more intense, so does her relationship with Dace. But when she learns that his connection to the evil Richter family goes far deeper than she ever imagined, she begins to question if love really can conquer all. Dace is painfully aware that he wouldn't exist if it wasn't for the Richters' dark magic—and now his brother Cade is determined to use his love for Daire against him. Dace is willing to sacrifice anything to protect the girl he loves —including his own life. But will Daire allow it? And what if defeating Cade costs not only his life, but his soul too?

ECHO picked up where Fated ends. But unlike Fated, the second book doesn't dwell more on backstories and information, Echo jumps right into the plot. But I really believe what makes ECHO so gripping is the main characters' relationship; their love has become stronger as well as the complications and danger that comes with Daire as a Soul Seeker and Dace as the Echo. It's so heartbreaking to see them perfect for each other but they cannot be together for the greater good.Daire does a lot of

Holy Heck! What an ending! I need the next book right now!

I was a little worried because the second one is the immortals series was the one that ruined it for me.This is by far the best out of the two I read. And, I have to say that ending was INTENSE!!!!So we begin the story all happy, Daire and Dace are together and lad di da. But then, Cade has to ruin it. Like he ruins everything.Every time that Daire and Dace are together, Cade gets stronger. Which means that they have to spend time apart. That is so sad. They are two halves of a whole and yet,

Echo is the second book in the Soul Seekers series that will leave readers prepared for the next book. If you are a fan of forbidden romance and dark magic then definitely check this series out.Echo is centred around Dace and Daire's doomed relationship and how they must find a way to stop Dace's twin brother, Cade, from taking over not only their small town in New Mexico, but the entire world. At the beginning of the book, everything is find and Daire is enjoying her time with her gorgeous

Echo is a great read. The plot is engaging, the characters are developing and the setting is pretty unique. This book doesnt make it into my all time favourites, but any previous Alyson Noel fans who have read her style before But, in this book, I loved the development of many characters: not just Daire and Dace, but also their parents and friends. Two characters that I thought could have received a little more development were the newly introduced Phyre, and the resident bad guy, Cade. We saw
